A series of new interior renderings have been released for Zaha Hadid's One Thousand Museumcondominium, the architect’s first residential skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere.

The images reveal plush, futuristic residences, each one packed with high-end appliances, designer lighting fixtures and premium finishes. Luxury kitchen products by Dornbracht, Sub-Zero and Gaggenauare complemented by bespoke cabinetry by Poliform, while a cool, minimal illumination concept has been designed by contemporary lighting experts Apure.

Apartment interiors

Within open-plan living areas, there are custom doors by Luadli with Valli and Valli’s Duemilacinque series handles — designed by Hadid herself. State-of-the-art home automation infrastructure will be integrated by Creston, and custom olfactory scenting options by 12.29, inspired by ZHA’s architectural vision.

The penthouse terrace

The firm emphasizes the contextual value of the building, with a plethora of museums sited adjacent to the tower: “Overlooking the contemporary Pérez Art Museum Miami, Museum Park, the soon-to-be-opened Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science, the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and the American Airlines Arena, One Thousand Museum … offers an unmatched standard of luxury living within Miami’s cultural nucleus.”

Outside the apartments, the project boasts 30,000 square feet of luxury communal areas, including a two-story amenity space at the top of the tower, an aquatic center, gardens, event spaces, an expansive health spa, multiple art galleries, a theatre and the city’s only private rooftop helipad.
